Abstract Guidelines

Abstracts of scientific papers are invited from the registered delegates of AMBICON 2023. The abstracts for the Posters as well as Oral presentations may be submitted under the following subject categories.

  • imagesEndocrine disorders and Diabetes Mellitus
  • imagesReproductive System and Pregnancy
  • imagesHaematological disorders
  • imagesInfectious and Tropical diseases
  • imagesDiet and Nutrition
  • imagesMinerals, Electrolyte and acid-base disturbances
  • imagesNeurochemistry
  • imagesFree radicals and antioxidants
  • imagesOncogenesis and tumor markers
  • imagesGenomics and Molecular biology
  • imagesTechniques, Instrumentation and Innovation technology
  • imagesQuality Control and laboratory standards COVID-19
  • imagesMiscellaneous

The categories may be added or merged as per the decision of the scientific committee.

Guidelines for submission

  • The subject category should be clearly mentioned at the beginning.
  • Abstract must carry the title, names of the authors, name and address of the institution (city and country only). The degrees, titles, street address and acknowledgements should be omitted.
  • Body of abstract should include-
  • Objectives of the study
  • Brief methodology
  • Summary of Results
  • Conclusions
    • The name of presenting author should be underlined.
    • The abstract neatly typed in English using Times New Roman Font size 12.
    • Please carefully check the spellings and grammar before submission.
    • The total text of the abstract should not exceed 250 words.
    • The abstract should be attached as a separate word document.

Note:

Please specify your preference for poster or oral presentation. The preference, however, does not guarantee the selection for the mode of presentation. Only limited number of papers will be shortlisted for oral presentations. The selection would be based on the quality of their submissions and slot availability in the particular session.

Method of Submission:-

  • imagesAbstracts should be submitted online at the conference website with an email copy in MS- Word to Chairperson, Scientific Committee at ambiconmumbai@gmail.com
  • imagesLast date for submission of the abstracts is 20th November 2023.
  • imagesNo hard copy of the abstract is required.

  • imagesOnly registered delegates are eligible for Poster or Oral presentations in the conference.
  • imagesOnly one paper presentation would be allowed for each delegate.
